2014 구아슈화 및 콜라주, 29.50 x 41 인치
2014 gouache & collage, 29.50 x 41 inches이 그림을 그리는 5주에서 6주 동안 구성 요소 중에 3개의 축구공이 있었다. 마지막 순간에 나는 그 축구공들을 뺐는데 공이 없는 것이 훨씬 웃겼기 때문이었다. 지금은 “원숭이나무”에서 싸우는 남자들의 다른 버전을 오랫동안 그리고 있는 중이다.
Through the entire 5 or 6 weeks it took me to make this painting there were three soccer balls in the composition. At the very end I took them out because it was so much funnier with no balls. I’ve been painting different versions of the fighting guys in Monkeytree for a long time now.
