Acrylic on canvas 33” x 29”, 2018이 어두운 그림에서 나는 우리가 암석원을 어떻게 바라보는지, 그리고 달구경을 하러 하늘을 어떻게 바라보는지에 대해 생각했다. 몰두하는 시선이 어떻게 장소나 재산에 대한 갈망과 묶여 있는지가 궁금했다.
In this dark painting I was thinking of how we look at rock gardens and also look to the sky for moon viewing. I wondered how intent looking is tied to a kind of longing for place or belonging.
